I am a real estate investor based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and I am dedicated to helping homeowners find solutions that fit their unique situations. I have over 20 years experience in mortgage lending, with an understanding of real estate laws, title, and documentation, as well as a connection with a variety of local real estate professionals and contractors. I focus on making the selling process simple, stress-free, and transparent. I work with homeowners facing all kinds of challenges, from foreclosure and probate to job loss and relocation. I offer options that put your needs first. I will never prioritize profit over people.  I will help you move forward with confidence, whether that means selling quickly or finding a creative solution that works best for your needs. As a Colorado Springs resident for over 30 years, I care deeply about the people in our community and I have a great love for what makes this area so special.  Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring everything Colorado has to offer.
